I needed an app to setup my retainer...

Pretty much what I said in the title, I just wanted to share that. Why on earth do I need an app for a retainer?

In fact, I think this is outrageous. But my curiosity did get the better of me. I downloaded the app and...it was the setup manual. Paper is apparently not a good enough medium to share setup instructions, or even a website. No, I had to download an app. Who thought that would add any value to the experience of a retainer?

I also tried to play some Call of Duty the other day. It took me 20 minutes to even start playing. I had to create the needed accounts, prove my age, and link accounts to other accounts (Of course, I had to reset all the passwords and set up 2FA). When did we start to care so little about user experience?

Anyway, just wanted to share my frustration.
